All You Need To Know

What's included

- 25L dry mix (in bucket)
- 2.5L pre-mixed wet additive
- Requires additional 2.5L clean water during mixing

Application And Coverage

- Coverage: ±3.75 m² per kit at 4mm thickness
- Working time: ±35–40 minutes before floating
- Floating: Use plastic float after initial set
- Curing time: 7 days @ 25°C
- Touch dry: 1–2 hours
- Final coat can be added after cure for colour enhancement

Surface Preparation

- Wash substrate thoroughly
- Remove all dust, grease, salts, and contaminants
- Ensure the surface is completely dry
- Mask surrounding areas to avoid overspill
- Substrate must be properly prepared to ensure adhesion

Mixing Instructions

- Open bucket and stir dry mix
- Gradually add wet mix while stirring
- Add 2.5L of clean water in stages
- Continue stirring during plasticising phase
- Trowel to required thickness and float after initial set
