Application And Coverage
Coverage:
- ±35–45 m² per 20L (2–3 coats, depending on surface)
- 2 coats = water-resistant | 3 coats = optimal coverage
Drying & Curing:
- Touch dry / recoating: 1–2 hours @ 25°C
- Fully cured: 7 days @ 25°C
Colour Options
Standard: Grey, White, Black, Terracotta, Green
Custom: On request (MOQ applies)
Surface Preparation
- Remove all previous coatings and loose debris
- Eliminate dust, algae, salts, fungi, and chemicals
- Ensure substrate is completely dry (<10% moisture)
- Prime surface with Repellam or AquaTint and allow 1-hour dry time
Method of Application
Airless Spray:
- Mix product at medium speed
- Apply first coat, allow to touch dry
- Apply second coat, then flash third coat if needed
Brush or Roller:
- Apply 2–3 coats, allowing dry time between each
- Ensure even coverage, especially at overlaps

- QUV 5000hrs+: Slight fading, no cracking or chalking

- Lifespan: 10–15 years (lab tested)
